GPAINNOVA, one of the leading technology platforms specializing in surface finishing solutions, will attend GrindTec 2022, a reference event focused on the technology of the manufacturing process. Its forum themes include surface treatment technology, welding technology and metalworking. Some additional topics of discussion include industry 4.0 and electromobility.
On the occasion of this tradeshow, that will take place from March 15th to 18th in Augsburg (Germany), the group will be presenting for the first time its latest solution: DLyte eBlast, a patented electro-blasting system based on projected electropolishing and the disruptive DryLyte Technology. GPAINNOVA will be showing its novelties at booth number 5146.
Advanced Solutions for Surface Finishing
The main highlight will be the DLyte eBlast (launched in November 2021), an electro-blasting system based on projected electropolishing. It’s designed to surface finish large or heavy parts, or with complex geometries which are difficult to polish by immersion or require a localized finishing, like welded areas. It’s suitable for blind holes, slots, occluded areas and inner channels. eBlast will be available for the first time in its three ways of use: the manual one, for low-volume, high-variety production, and for finishing small areas of the parts; the semi-automatic one, for pieces with low geometric complexity that can be treated with simple, repetitive movements, and the automatic mode, equipped with a collaborative robot (cobot).
Another device to be exhibited is DLyte Desktop PRO, the first ultra-compact dry electropolishing device, selected in February 2022 as the Most Innovative Electropolishing Machine 2021 at the European Enterprise Awards. Due to its low price, its small dimensions and for not requiring a special pre-existing or compressed air installation, this device allows any company to automate its production.
The fair will also count on the DLyte PRO500, the most advanced and powerful dry electropolishing equipment for mass production. This equipement provides a high-quality and fully automated surface treatment for high value, delicate or complex parts, and with specific finishing requirements and high precision. It offers important technical advantages over other technologies, such as abrasive finishing, robotic scouring and polishing and mechanical brushing.
GPANNOVA’s booth will also host the DLyte 100I, a compact machine for low or medium production volumes. It grinds and polish steel, stainless-steel, cobalt chrome, nickel, titanium, carbon steel, aluminium and carbides. At last, the group will show its MURUA, the smallest machine in passive layer technology for precious metals.
Other Trade Fairs to Be Attended in March
Besides GrindTech, GPAINNOVA will be also presenting its surface treatment equipment in three more tradeshows this March.
Vicenza Oro 2022. From March 17th to 21th, the Italian town of Vicenza will be holding the largest show in Europe for gold and jewelry industry. The event will hold together jewelers and goldsmiths from the most important European markets, the Russian-speaking countries and the Middle East. GPAINNOVA will be there to show the advantages of MURUA and DLyte, two solutions to treat precious metals and titanium in a cost-effective way.
Expodental 2022. This event, renowned as the largest and most important trade fair for the dental industry, will be organized from March 24th to the 26th at IFEMA – Feria de Madrid (Spain). The last expo welcomed over 300 exhibiting companies as well as approximately 27.000 prominent professional visitors, consisting of leading manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and retailers. GPAINNOVA will be welcoming them to present its machinery for the dental industry at booth 10E15.
Advanced Factories Expo & Congress 2022. The Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB) will host from March 29th to 31st a new edition of Advanced Factories, an outstanding world congress and tradeshow devoted to innovation, AI and industry 4.0. GPAINNOVA will be there, in the common area, to exhibit its DLyte machines for post-processing processes.
The group encourages its attendees to bring their own metal samples to be polished there for free by means of the DryLyte Technology.
