How it works
Only charge the bucket once for many polishing cycles. Media shifts are fast and easy to reduce downtimes and increase efficiency. Our unique dry electropolishing particles will reach all inner cavities that cannot be accessed mechanically.
Clamp your workpieces to the specified holding system. There are many types of holders specially designed for different types of parts, ensuring each of them an easy and intuitive loading and unloading process for a comfortable and efficient experience.
Introduce the holders to the machine. Once started, they will be dragged with a combination of planetary motion and vertical back-and-forth motion inside the drum, which contains the dry electrolyte media and the high-performance cathode thats creates uniform electric fields.
Select the specific program. Configure and adjust cycle time, automatic parameters and automatic media conductivity to greatly improve performance and accuracy. Variable motor speed and movement can further result in an even more effective process overall.
DLyte’s diverse range of media delivers exceptional high-quality finishing for Cobalt-chrome and Titanium, ideal for dentures, implants, and orthodontic products.

Hardware features
The Dental Compact Series feature specially designed holding systems for clamping workpieces securely in place. These holders are then moved within the drum containing the dry electrolyte media. This unique system ensures that the workpieces are evenly exposed to the electrolyte, allowing for precise and efficient polishing.
This DLyte machineny is equipped with a high-performance coated titanium cathode located inside the perimeter of the drum, ensuring that uniform electrical fields are created to achieve homogeneous results across the entire surface. This advanced technology ensures that even the most intricate parts receive the same level of treatment, resulting in a consistent, high-quality finish.
DLyte's automatic media conductivity adjustment system comprises of a conductivity tester and a high-precision pump that work together to automatically adjust the conductivity of the media. This advanced system ensures that the electrolyte moisture is consistently maintained at optimal levels, resulting in a highly efficient and effective surface finishing process.
