With our cloud-based platform, our customers can both activate the electrolytes and monitor their status to start their productions, as well as download user manuals, technical sheets, and process parameters for their DLyte equipment, ensuring the best operation and maximum performance of our products. They will also have access to relevant information about new products and services, as well as tracking the stock of consumables.
To access the Hub, our customer will receive a code via email, allowing them to access the Hub with this from their usual browser or through the mobile application (iOS or Android).
At our online store, our customers, distributors, and partners have access to the latest and updated DLyte product range at all times. It is essentially an online catalog that can be used to view the user’s purchase information, make orders in a faster and more convenient way, and easily request personalized and tailored product quotations.
Furthermore, the application allows for quick tracking of requests by consulting their order history in their profile.
DLyte Store is linked to DLyte Hub, allowing all customers to easily access with their Hub account. Currently, the platform is only accessible on the desktop version.

Test Lab and Processes Dept
The Laboratory and Processes Departments specializes in the development of finishing processes for each workpiece and its application. Based on a sample of your piece and your technical request, we design the appropriate process that meets your finishing requirements. We have a team of experts in chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering who make sure to consider all key quality, size, and chemical formula parameters of the media, material, weight, design, and production process of the piece, as well as the motion design, capacity, and electrical and mechanical engineering of the machine.
The process development department professionally records all relevant parameters to ensure efficient reproducibility of the process. As a result, we deliver a Surface Finishing Technical Report with essential process and results data, including surface measurements and a proposal for necessary equipment and media.
Training and consulting
