This equipment performs automated surface finishing treatment of metal parts without human intervention. Every operation is performed by the robotized arm which immerse the parts in the workbowls and the parts loading SCARA for a total integration in high volume production lines. It seamlessly covers loading and unloading, treatment, and even post-dip cleaning, ensuring precision, repeatability, and quality—every time.

Input / output area

The loading and unloading area functions as an intermediate warehouse, allowing parts to be preloaded into fixtures via the SCARA system while the robot processes the previous batch — enabling seamless operation and maximizing efficiency.

Treatment area

The system features up to four integrated, refrigerated workbowls designed for seamless multi-step processes — from surface treatment to cleaning, rinsing, and finishing. Each station is fully enclosed for maximum safety and cleanliness. The robot gently clamps each tool with surgical precision, protecting even the most delicate flutes and preserving the geometry that makes your tools perform.
