GPAINNOVA’s client, Frechs ZahnWerkstatt, is an Austrian dental laboratory based in Steyr. THE PROBLEM

The retirement of the technician responsible for the removable department created a significant skills gap that proved difficult to address through traditional recruitment due to the specialized training and experience required for the role.
