GPAINNOVA to Launch its New Mass Finishing System in America at IMTS 2026

GPAINNOVA America, the U.S. subsidiary of GPAINNOVA, a technology group specializing in metal surface finishing solutions, will present its latest innovations at IMTS 2026 (International Manufacturing Technology Show), taking place September 14^th–19^th at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Visitors to booth 339386 will discover the company’s portfolio of dry electropolishing technologies under the DLyte brand. The highlight of this year’s participation will be the North American debut of the DLyte MF1000, GPAINNOVA’s new mass finishing system. Their experts will also showcase the DLyte PRO500, DLyte TurboFlow, DLyte eBlast, and DLyte 100PRO through live demonstrations.

Throughout the event, attendees will be able to observe live polishing demonstrations, compare before-and-after surface finishes, evaluate results across different materials, and meet the technical team behind the technology. North American Debut of the DLyte MF1000

Making its first appearance in the American market, the DLyte MF1000 is designed for high-capacity bulk electropolishing of small metal parts. Powered by GPAINNOVA’s FixtureFree Technology, the system processes parts without fixtures inside a chamber filled with Dry Suspension media, delivering consistent and repeatable finishing on complex geometries while increasing productivity for high-volume manufacturing.

Surface Finishing Solutions for Multiple Applications

Alongside the DLyte MF1000, GPAINNOVA will exhibit several complementary solutions designed to address a wide range of industrial finishing requirements.

DLyte PRO500 is an automated dry electropolishing system for medium- and high-volume production, providing consistent surface finishes on delicate and complex metal components while reducing processing time and manual intervention.

Another exhibited machine, DLyte eBlast, is designed for localized finishing of complex geometries, including blind holes, internal channels, slots, and hard-to-reach areas. Using a patented electro-blasting process, it enables precise surface treatment on large and heavy components. With eBlast, achieving precise surface finishing is easy thanks to the variety of guns and nozzles available that are specifically designed based on the geometry of the metal part.

At its turn, DLyte TurboFlow combines active particles with turbulent liquid flow to polish large, fragile, or intricate parts without mechanical movement. The system is suitable for industries requiring high-quality surface finishes, including medical, aerospace, food processing, pharmaceutical, and automotive manufacturing.

Finally, DLyte 100PRO is DLyte’s most advanced compact industrial DryLyte Technology. Designed for a broad range of industrial metals, it offers automated processing, process traceability, and advanced software features to meet the requirements of highly regulated manufacturing environments.
