In a recognition of their innovative contributions to the metal treatment industry, GPAINNOVA has been nominated for the prestigious Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2023,<\/strong> organized by the Spanish exhibition group Advance Manufacturing. The business group has emerged as a finalist in the category of “Best Innovation in Design and Product Development.” This nomination comes as a result of their groundbreaking introduction of two new hard metal surface finishing machines: DLyte 100PRO Carbide and DLyte PRO500 Carbide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The metal industry has long grappled with the challenge of surface finishing carbide and tungsten carbide parts due to their exceptional hardness and intricate crystalline structure, which defies conventional processing methods.<\/p>\n

The innovative DLyte PRO100 Carbide and DLyte PRO500 Carbide machines utilize a novel approach, combining planetary and vertical reciprocating motions within an electrolyte-filled drum. These movements employ electrical parameters to perform high-precision electrochemical treatment, allowing for precise control of cobalt leaching, a crucial feature in carbide processing.<\/p>\n

A professional jury will evaluate all entries for the Advanced Manufacturing Awards until October 31st. Additionally, the public’s votes<\/strong><\/a> will play a part in determining the final winner. The grand reveal of the victor will coincide with the next edition of Metal Madrid 2023<\/strong> trade fair, taking place on November 15th<\/sup> and 16th<\/sup>, where GPAINNOVA will also be in attendance at booth H44 in hall 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n
