Diese Technologie erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung von Teilen mit neuen Geometrien und Formen, die bisher nicht m\u00f6glich waren.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Herstellungsverfahren werden auch Zwischenprozesse wie die Herstellung von Werkzeugen reduziert, so dass Teile in Kleinserien, <strong>Prototypen und kundenspezifische Produkte schneller und kosteng\u00fcnstiger hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nachbearbeitung von AM-Teilen macht etwa 30 Prozent der Gesamtkosten und 50 Prozent der Gesamtzeit f\u00fcr die Herstellung dieser Teile aus. Das Fehlen automatischer Oberfl\u00e4chenbearbeitungsverfahren ist ein gro\u00dfes Hindernis f\u00fcr die Entwicklung der AM-Industrie im Vergleich zur traditionellen Fertigung.<\/p>\n<p>DLyte f\u00fchrt eine automatisierte, effektive Oberfl\u00e4chenbearbeitung von Metallteilen aus der additiven Fertigung durch und verbessert so die Leistung und Lebensdauer dieser Teile drastisch. Es eignet sich auch f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung empfindlicher und zerbrechlicher Teile, ohne sie zu besch\u00e4digen, da das Verfahren weder Schleifmittel noch starke mechanische Kr\u00e4fte verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu Schleifmitteln belasten diese Methoden die Oberfl\u00e4che nicht, <strong>verursachen keine Kratzer auf glatten Oberfl\u00e4chen und erzeugen keine Einschl\u00fcsse auf der Metalloberfl\u00e4che<\/strong>, wie es bei Schleifmitteln der Fall ist. Es gibt einige Gr\u00fcnde, die die Bedeutung der Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung belegen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung erm\u00f6glicht es, die gew\u00fcnschte Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t auf Werkst\u00fccken aus einer Vielzahl von Materialien wie Stahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium oder Messing gezielt zu erzielen. Da das Verfahren dem Entgraten entspricht, werden Grate an unzug\u00e4nglichen oder schwer zug\u00e4nglichen Stellen des Werkst\u00fccks entfernt und die Kanten entgratet und abgerundet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Qualit\u00e4t der Oberfl\u00e4chenbearbeitung wird im Wesentlichen durch die Art<\/strong> und Einstellung der Maschine sowie das Material der Teile bestimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist durchaus \u00fcblich, dieses Verfahren mit abrasiven Stoffen durchzuf\u00fchren, deren Verwendung zu raueren Oberfl\u00e4chen f\u00fchren kann als weniger abrasive Stoffe. Das Rauheitsmuster kann jedoch auch durch die Wahl bestimmter Geometrien der Schleifk\u00f6rper, aber auch durch den Einsatz weniger aggressiver Verfahren, wie die L\u00f6sungen von DLyte f\u00fcr das
