Umweltfaktoren wie die Chloridionenkonzentration, die chemische Zusammensetzung der korrosiven Umgebung, die Temperatur, der pH-Wert, der Druck und die Oxidationsmittel sind ebenfalls wichtig f\u00fcr die Best\u00e4ndigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Das trockene Elektropolieren <strong>ist ein elektrochemisches Endbearbeitungsverfahren<\/strong>, bei dem eine d\u00fcnne Materialschicht von Metallteilen wie Titan, Kobalt-Chrom, Kupfer, Aluminium oder Edelstahl entfernt wird. Diese Technologie ist die bevorzugte Methode zur Erh\u00f6hung der Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und zur Verbesserung der Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t von Metallteilen. Die Technologie verleiht Metallteilen eine 30-mal h\u00f6here <strong>Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit als die Passivierung<\/strong>. Daher hat sie die <strong>Passivierung als bevorzugte Methode zur Verbesserung<\/strong> der Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit abgel\u00f6st. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es in der Lage, eingebettetes freies Eisen, Verunreinigungen und Hitzeverf\u00e4rbungen oder Oxidzunder zu entfernen und die Rauheit der Oberfl\u00e4che in einem Arbeitsgang zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>Passivierung<\/strong> ist ein chemisches Metallveredelungsverfahren zur Verbesserung der Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit von Teilen aus rostfreiem Stahl. Bei dieser Art von Metall werden im Passivierungsverfahren Zitronens\u00e4ure oder Salpeters\u00e4ure verwendet, um eisenhaltige Verunreinigungen wie freies Eisen von der Oberfl\u00e4che zu entfernen. Die chemische Behandlung f\u00fchrt zu einer sch\u00fctzenden Oxidschicht, die weniger wahrscheinlich mit Luft chemisch reagiert und Korrosion verursacht. Die Passivierung erfolgt durch Eintauchen des zu behandelnden Metallteils in ein S\u00e4urebad.
